Whether you are a kid or a kid at heart, an Emerald Coast Science Center birthday party is unforgettable!
- Saturday Times: 11:00am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
- Sunday Times: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

- Non-members: $150 for up to 12 children and 2 adults.
- Members: $135 for up to 12 children and 2 adults.
- Additional children: $6 each.
- Additional adults: $4 each.
- One dozen party balloons: $6.00.
| Required ratio of adults to children: 1:6. Group size: Maximum of 20 children. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking. Time slots will not be held after 7 days from the initial reservation if the Emerald Coast. Science Center has not received the signed Terms of Agreement and deposit. Only pre-booked parties will be allowed in the Emerald Coast Science Center. No alcoholic beverages or smoking are allowed on the Science Center premises. |
Party Duration 2 Hours
- 1 hour tour of the museum led by our Birthday Party Host.
- Last hour for cake/activity/presents in our special party room.
- Our Party Host will be assigned to your party for 2 hours.
- Short science activity - tie-dye t-shirts, make your own bouncy balls, and make your own slime.
- Goodie bags for each child.
- Set up, clean up.
- Hats and other party paper products.
- Beverages.
Bring your own cake. Kitchen facilities are not available, however you may use our refrigerator for chilled foods. Pizza, Mac and Cheese, and other food maybe purchased and delivered from Fokkers Sports Pub. Voted Best Pizza in the area! - Party Favors: You may bring in your own goody bags in a box that will be stored with your child's gifts. We will bring the box and your child's gifts at your table(s). If you wish to purchase your party favors or a goody bag from our gift shop, please insure you have enough time remaining to shop. You will receive a 10% discount on items purchased. We will be happy to assist you with your merchandise selections.
- Please gather the entire party by the entry door. The entire party must be present before entering the building.
A staff member Party Host will be assigned to your party. The staff member will greet the party and escort them into the building. The staff member take the group to the party room to drop off any personal effects and begin the hour guided tour of the center. At the completion of the guided tour, the Party Host will lead the children back to the party room.- At the end of the party, the staff member will lead the party group out to the gift shop area and children may be picked up from that area only. The birthday party parent/organizer will be responsible for children being picked up from this area. Children will not be allowed back into exhibit rooms without supervision.
- Party children are welcome to re-enter exhibit rooms free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
