The Creation Station is open every third Saturday of the month from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Creation Station is where design, research, engineering, art, mathematics, and science come to life. General Admission tickets required for access to Creation Station.

About The Event

This is not a drop off program, but something for families and groups to enjoy together. Please sign up using the registration form here or call us at 850-664-1261 to reserve your spots. Spaces are on a first come, first served basis and limited to 20 guests in order to provide enough materials. General Admission tickets are required for access to Creation Station.

Upcoming Creation Station Activities:

  • January 20: Glide into the New Year by learning how gliders fly through the sky. Make your own glider and test how well it glides through the air. Up, up, and away to fun!
  • February 17: Step inside the amazing world of mazes! Learn how to design a maze, and test your skills to make your way out.
  • March 16: S park your budding imagination and explore the joy of music and rhythm by using a spin drum. Create and decorate your own spinning drum that will allow you to explore the wonders of music.
  • April 20: Turn your favorite animal into a keepsake. Craft with pearler beads to create your favorite animal at Creation Station!
  • May 18: Kick off the summer season by creating your own Whirlygig! Whirl your way into summer fun at Creation Station.

Please RSVP for the event to make sure you have a slot.

Access to Creation Station is included with general admission pricing, but certain activities do incur an additional fee based on materials and equipment utilized. Additional costs are outlined in each event listing's activities and can be paid for via phone or when you arrive to the museum.
