Private Museum Reservations
The WHOLE museum all to yourself! Your group will have the entire museum to themselves with access to indoor and outdoor exhibits. Available the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month. Other dates available by request. Reservations only available by phone.

About The Event
Want to get out of the house but worried about social distancing? We offer private museum rentals on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.* Here's what you and your family can expect:
- The whole museum is all yours for two hours, including our main gallery space, reptile room, Mini Makers exhibit room, Northwest Florida Ecosystem exhibit room, and all our brand new outdoor exhibits, like Boating on the Emerald Coast and our Dino Dig (access to SMALLab or the Makerspace can be added on for $25 an hour each).
- The museum will be fully sanitized before your visit, ensuring all high-touch areas and exhibits are clean and safe for your family.
- We also clean after each group as well to provide maximum safety for all families renting the museum that day.
Museum rentals are $100 an hour for nonmembers and $85 an hour for members and must be booked for a minimum of two hours, but you can always book for longer periods of time if you'd like. The price includes museum access for up to 10 guests total. Additional guests over this number are $6 each. Book your family's play-cation today!
