BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We're positive the best birthday parties are a science, and our celebrations earned us "Best Birthday Party Venue" in 2023's Finest on the Emerald Coast! We offer birthday party packages every Saturday of the month, typically from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Available times vary based on special events, so please call to verify.

​Party Themes:

• The Jurassic Party is sure to pique the interest of any and all dinosaur enthusiasts. A fun make-your-own fossil activity and themed games on the sciPad lets your birthday party guests travel back in time to when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.

• Is your child wild about animals? Our Animal Safari package includes a Creature Feature—our live animal presentation showcasing a few of the Science Center’s amazing animals. Your child will get to learn about and safely interact with these creatures, making the coolest birthday memories to last a lifetime. Themed games on the sciPad makes sure this party will be roaring!

• We got the spirit, you got to hear it, Under the Sea! For the beach lover, shark fanatic, or ocean aficionado, the Under the Sea theme utilizes our very cool Ozobots to perform a beach clean up and seas the day. Dive in and discover marine life with themed games on the sciPad!

​Party Packages are $250 with a nonrefundable $75 deposit made at the time of booking. Members can book parties for just $215!

 

All Parties Include:

​Admission to the museum during the allotted time slot (either from 10:00-12:00 or 1:00-3:00) for up to 25 children and adults*, one hands-on 20-25 minute science activity, party favors for each guest, a free Science Center t-shirt for the birthday honoree, themed decorations, paper products, drinks, and the use of a private party room and a party host to assist with set up, clean up, and party details.

 

ECSC does NOT provide food due to food allergies. However, arrangements can be made to have food delivered to the Science Center.

*An additional party host and room are needed for parties of over 25 guests, so groups of over 25 will receive an additional charge of $8 per guest. Maximum of 50 guests total for birthday parties.

• Gift bags customized to match your party's theme: $25 additional fee

• Make slime in addition to the main science activity: $25 additional fee

• 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. slot: staying after your 2-hour party block to continue playing in the museum galleries and outdoor spaces: $8 per person additional fee (please note you still only have access to the private party room during your booked 2-hour period)

• 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. slot: coming before your 2-hour party block to play in the museum galleries and outdoor spaces: $8 per person additional fee (please note you still only have access to the private party room during your booked 2-hour period)
