Bring your friends, grab a drink, and let the good times roll.  We're bringing Mardi Gras magic to this Sip & Science, and you don't want to miss this night at the museum.

Between our Bourbon Street bead toss, Canal Street coin challenge, and Mardi Gras sciPad trivia, this night will transport you to New Orleans--literally! Snap your photo in front of our green screen and pose with your krewe in front of some of The Big Easy's most famous locations. Want to take it to the next level? Come dressed in your best Mardi Gras costumes or purple, green, or gold attire for a chance to win our costume contest. Stop by our masquerade corner to make your very own mask to wear at all your Mardi Gras parties. 

Fun knows no age limit, so grab a Hurricane, laissez les bon temps rouler, and have your King Cake and eat it, too. Carnival season has arrived!

Tickets purchased day-of: $25 for Science Center members • $30 nonmembers

Ticket price includes admission, access to regular and special museum exhibits, drink tickets for adult beverages (beer, wine, and Hurricane Punch), and food.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the event date will incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% administrative fee. Guests who do not attend the event will not receive a refund after the event has occurred.
